Infertility
Reproductive Services
At Women Partners in Health, our providers are dedicated to helping you achieve pregnancy if that is your goal. We strive to provide our patients with the most comfortable experience possible, while providing individualized treatment.
During your initial preconception visit, your provider will develop a specialized plan that meets your needs. This plan will serve as a guideline for your care. Your provider will review all pertinent personal and family history. Providing any information about known family genetic disorders is very important. Your provider will also perform a pelvic exam, even if you have had an annual exam within the past year. Please provide documentation of recent labs or diagnostic testing in order to prevent duplication. You will also be given a packet of information to review and use for reference. If at any time there is information that you do not understand, please ask your provider. We encourage our patients to ask questions at every visit! If your plan of care needs to be modified, you may be asked to make an appointment with your physician. Our goal is to facilitate the best care possible for you.
So that we can provide quality medical care for our patients and to accommodate individual needs and requests, we ask that you become familiar with your insurance benefits and any special requirements in your contract prior to undergoing any procreative management, infertility, or insemination services. Your benefits will be checked prior to treatment received in our office. However, plans can differ even within the same insurance company and there is no guarantee of coverage. You will be asked to sign our office policy regarding costs for reproductive services. This statement explains itemized costs for reproductive services offered in our office if they are not covered by insurance. We will work with you throughout this process to ensure that you are well-informed and comfortable in proceeding with your care.
Women Partners in Health has been a model for providing high-quality care and promoting total wellness for women in the Austin community for over twenty years. We are pleased to provide comprehensive healthcare as the largest all-female OB/GYN practice in Central Texas.
