Hypnobirthing

HypnoBirthing is a method of relaxed, natural childbirth education. The focus is on preparing for birth as a natural event and dispelling some of the fears associated with the birthing process. The class will emphasize bonding with the baby during pregnancy and learning relaxation techniques to practice during pregnancy and birth.

Hypnobirthing: ($200) ($225) 12 1/2 hours in total. Five two and a half hour classes on Wednesday.
