Hypnobirthing: ($200) 12 1/2 hours in total. Five two and a half hour classes on Wednesday.

HypnoBirthing is a method of relaxed, natural childbirth education. Thefocus is on preparing for birth as a natural event and dispelling someof the fears associated with the birthing process. The class willemphasize bonding with the baby during pregnancy and learning relaxationtechniques to practice during pregnancy and birth.
