Comprehensive Childbirth Classes: ($90)Classes are designed to prepare you to understand what is happening throughout your labor and provide tools and techniques which will allow you to work with your labor. Topics presented in the classes, through both lecture and video, include medications, phases and stages of labor, comfort measures, problems which may occur in late pregnancy and a brief presentation on the postpartum recovery period.

	Baby Care Basics: ($30) This class is designed primarily for first time parents and includes both video and lecture covering the variations in the normal newborn, care of the newborn, adjustment during the postpartum period and sibling adjustment.
